Kat came to me with an idea for an online post box gifting experience.
With her love of relaxing in a hot bath, sending gifts to her favourite people and a name inspired by her fiancé - this project was personal.
The initial gifting concept and inspiration for the brand name were two solid points to start with. I helped her shape these two fundamental ideas and expand on them.
We got to work digging a little deeper as to why this idea was so special to her. This wasn't a run of the mill birthday gift idea, this was a spontaneous experience for all fantastic women; mothers, daughters, friends and of course, fiancés!
Kat make's the products herself so a natural colour palette helped lay a foundation to this brand. The deep burgundy brought contrast and aligned with beetle theme, bringing in a familiarity with Beets and beetroot.
It was important to ensure a spirit of fun to reflect Kat's personality but also a premium feel. The choice of language and alliteration throughout the copy brings an playful edge where the fun classy photography and colour overlays adds a sophistication.
This project was a lot of fun and with room for creativity the outcome has a dynamic edge that can grow with Kat's ambitions for the brand.
