Strong, tall and representing the variety of natural beauty in Japan, bamboo grows in beautiful linear forests and grows in abundance.

Kimono colours of March are represented here by peach and khaki. The transition from winter to spring is a glorious time across the globe and it's no different in Japan.

In this series Kim has considered the natural landscape using textured paper together with loose brush strokes. Like many things special to Japanese culture, bamboo is very symbolic and represents good luck!

Please note the framed pictures are for illustration purposes only. Each signed and numbered print has a 3 inch paper border around the printed image.
